Doug is highly accomplished in strategic planning, having demonstrated success driving revenue growth while providing leadership in highly competitive markets.
RANDY SHAMBER
Regional Sales Manager
Randy is a top-performing sales professional with over 25 years of experience in the music products industry, demonstrating a track record of driving revenue across both regional and national accounts. Skilled in negotiation, sales, product management and marketing strategy, Randy earned an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
JOHN KELLEY
Regional Sales Manager
John Kelley has spent over 25 years representing major manufacturers in the Southeast including Gibson, Fender, and Washburn. He's spent the last 15 years as a National Sales Manager, managing national accounts and captive and independent rep firms for international distributors and manufacturers in the US and Canada. He brings a unique level of experience to Reflex that allows us to provide a level of service to our partners that is virtually unmatched.
TOM SLAMAN
Contractor-A/V Division Manager
Tom brings with him three decades of experience, collaborating with system integrators and Pro A/V manufacturers to provide high quality solutions for complex designs. Tom also worked with end-users in the educational, corporate, and government markets, engaging with clients and solving problems in a dynamic market space. His customer focused sales experiences will support Reflex Marketing customers and suppliers alike.

Marketing & Communications Manager
Alena brings a wealth of marketing prowess to Reflex, possessing a Master's in Communication and significant experience in big e-commerce. With a full understanding of marketing promotions, branding, sophisticated email systems and e-commerce metrics, Alena will provide valuable services and hands-on assistance to all Reflex Marketing constituents.
